Dispute or escrow emergency?

If a transfer has just gone wrong — channel reclaimed, payment stuck, suspected fraud — do not confirm receipt on your order page. As long as funds are still in escrow they can be refunded. Open Telegram support immediately, mention your order ID, and our team will freeze the order while we investigate.
