Funds are held by Dealtous — not the seller — and released only after you confirm the channel is yours.

• Card payments go through Stripe; crypto goes to a Dealtous escrow wallet. Both are held the same way.
• Funds are never sent to the seller until you personally confirm you have full control of the channel.
• You can cancel before the seller starts the transfer and get a full refund.

The seller makes you the admin or owner. Our bot watches the channel; you confirm only when access is real.

• The seller adds you as admin or owner on Telegram — a standard channel transfer.
• The Dealtous bot is already in the channel, so it detects the change and timestamps it in your order log. You don't have to take the seller's word for it.
• You verify you can post, manage members, and access as owner. Until you click "Confirm delivery", the seller doesn't get paid.

Open a dispute and the escrow freezes. A human admin reviews evidence and decides within 1–3 business days.

• If the seller doesn't transfer, transfers a fake/empty channel, or the stats are misrepresented, open a dispute straight from your order page.
• The escrow is frozen automatically — the seller can't withdraw while the dispute is open.
• A Dealtous admin reviews both sides (screenshots, bot logs, messages) and decides: full refund, release to seller, or partial split.
